Michael has been in Real Estate Sales since 1998, offering Residential and Commercial services. She was one of the pioneers in Dover teaching her clients how to maximize the return on the investment properties they owned by converting them to condominiums. She can help educate you on 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, how to maximize the return on your investment and how to purchase properties with little to no cash out of pocket. Her background of corporate level management allows her to manage the many facets of Real Estate with ease. Her ability to facilitate communication between parties is exceptional with previous exposure from being a lobbyist to running support groups for adults and children. Also, being an investor/owner of multi-unit buildings herself, she can represent either the seller or buyer well, with such diverse experiences.
